Reliance GSM Delhi — Services activated without request | |||
Dear Team My phone number is +91 [protected]. This is a Reliance GSM number. I got a message on July 19, 2010 that Voice Chat service has been renewed and Rs 30 have been deducted. After trying really hard, I got to talk to customer care people and I was told by them that it was activated on June 19, 2010 and renewed on July 19, 2010. I clearly remember that I had never sent any request to activate anything like this. A similar thing happened last month as well when I got a message about caller tune being renewed. This is a clear case of cheating. Customer care people do not even talk properly. Please take this case up and teach Reliance GSM services a lesson so that they do not dare to do any cheap trick like this with any one in the future. My Reliance mobile No. is [protected]. Whenever I recharge my mobile, i receive a massage from 155223 "Your subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30/- for a period of 30 days.To unsubscribe SMS UNSUB 1003 to155223. "
I several time sent massage to unsubscribe CRBT service by sending SMS to 155223 " UNSUB 1003" .
I first get a message " dear customer you request has been accepted. you will be intimated shortly about the status of your request. After some time i get one more message that "we are currently unable to process your request.please try again.
Further I have never requested for this service.
Please tell me why the request is not accepted.you are trying to force some schemes on the customer.
