[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile — no customer care | |
i have using the reliance gsm smart mobile with no.[protected] i have facing very much problem in recharging vouchers, contacting the costomer care. costomer care no. 2 day i have tried continusly tried but not get it, the same condition in recharging the vouchers also. i am using this mobile no. since 4 years, facing same problem always, lot my frnd have shifted there no. becouse of this desturbence. pl. advice me what i can do. my reliance no. is [protected]. i purchases dated 07.04.2009 from reliance shop indirapuram ghaziabad. but i not getting any services as per reliance comittment scheme like daily rs 5/- ( GSM )
so requested to you kindly cheque revert my mobile no. & Scheme.
