[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile — auto activation of value added services & deduction of balance. | |
hello, sir. I am Dr. Dhaval N. Shah I have reliance GSM mobile on name of my sister Dr. Bhoomika N. Shah. I am here for complaint as following:- - send so many msgs for value added products. - auto activate that value added products. - deduct money from my prepaid account. - when doing call to customer care they say that money deduction is right & their will be no refund for that. - all the services which are activated can't be deactivate online by them. - if those services not deactivate manually than they will be auto renewed every month. - every month I loss around 60 to 120 rs balance incorrectly for that or some time more. - every time when my money is cut & come in my consideration & call to customer care they tell me about new services which I never heard of & they says that all are activated by me in my mobile & there will be no refund. Today even i got such stupid deduction which happened second time.
i got my service deactivated earlier but even after that i'm being charged.
such a ridiculous way to deal with customer by customer care.
