[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile Network — no network coverage | |||
I am using reliance GSM sim from 3 years & thier is always having some network problem in my area once every 10-15 days but after complaining it recovered.but from one & half months this problem get worst "Inside house no network but when going outside the gate full network" but even after complainig it is not recovered. This is the worst of worst network i have ever heard or seen. I have also complaint 3-4 times to the customer care executive but no results is seen till date. I have got many lose with this gsm network , i dont know what they do to solve . I think they should stop providing network for gsm only just provide CDMA network. My self is Smart Prepaid customer and from 2nd October in my mobile incoming call not working, I am complaint 3 to 4 times from 2nd October but not action taken till moment.

sir inspite of receiving setting n gettingg my mobile recharged with net pack i m unable to use it. whenever i connect no page displays n mess is flahing error in communication. can reliance extend my date till this problem persists n there is a lot of network congestion n difficulty in calling. sir i request you to solve my problem as customer care is always engaged or u say we will change our operator n service provider my no id [protected]..hope my complaint will be sorted out soon otherwise i will be compelled to take some action nn steps regarding the problem.
