[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile Network — PATHETIC NETWORK AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE | |
I AM USING RELIANCE GSM SERVICE CURRENTLY.. NO THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM EXPERIENCING PATHETIC NETWORK CONNECTION AND EVEN MORE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 25 DAYS THAT NOT ALL MESSAGES THAT I SEND TO MY CONTACTS GET DELIVERED TO THEM.ALMOST HALF OF MY MESSAGES DONT DELIVERED.STILL THEY GET CHARGED FOR. MOST OF THE TIMES I AM CANNOT REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. EVEN IF I GET FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GET HOLD OF SOME CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE, THEY WILL GIVE YOU FALSE ASSURANCES THAT YOUR NETWORK WILL START WORKING PROPERLY WITHIN FEW HOURS. AND AS YOU MIGHT HAVE YOU GUESSED IT, IT NEVER HAPPENS. PLEASE EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE, BUT RELIANCE TELECOM SUCKS!!!!!!!!! NOW I AM GOING TO SEND EMAILS TO EVERY CONSUMER PROTECTION FORUM AVAILABLE TO ME IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS. . Was this information helpful? | |

Im sure such incident is not rare in reliance network, its just common factor. Im lodest user of smart Kolkata, since its inception call dropping voice crumbling are all not new to me. There are lots of attractive packages but when Im trying to shift from one scheme to another, my connection has got into error and Im unable to recharge it with other attractive e-recharge. Complains to customer care is useless as the staff there have no clue what to say they just wants to escape from our basic problem and ignore our grievances saying the system is not working for now plz call us two hours later. And after several attempts a complain is registered and a sms is forwarded informing your complain will be solved within 24 hours but our problems persists for the day I opted for Reliance smart gsm service. IN ONE WORD IN COMPARISON TO AIRTEL & VODAPHONE KOLKATA SERVICE, RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE IS FAR BELOW THE SERVICE OF BSNL. RELIANCE GSM HAS TO CLIMB UPTO EVEREST TO CATCH THE SERVICE OF AIRTEL OR VODAPHONE. SAYEEDUDDIN KOLKATA-[protected]
