I m Bineet Agarwal...My mobile number is [protected].... M unable to make any calls for last one week(incoming and outgoing)....when contacted customer care they didnot gave any valid reason after wards resubmitted personals details for information in nellore reliance world...But still no action taken and when contacted customer care they still were unable to answer...so please if anyone can help.......

I am using reliance GSM sim from 3 years & thier is always having some network problem in my area once every 10-15 days but after complaining it recovered.but from one & half months this problem get worst "Inside house no network but when going outside the gate full network" but even after complainig it is not recovered. PATHETIC NETWORK AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I AM USING RELIANCE GSM SERVICE CURRENTLY..
NO THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM EXPERIENCING PATHETIC NETWORK CONNECTION AND EVEN MORE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 25 DAYS THAT NOT ALL MESSAGES THAT I SEND TO MY CONTACTS GET DELIVERED TO THEM.ALMOST HALF OF MY MESSAGES DONT DELIVERED.STILL THEY GET CHARGED FOR. MOST OF THE TIMES I AM CANNOT REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE. EVEN...
