[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile Service — cheating by Retention Department - Reliance | |||
Dear Sir, I am using reliance GSM postpaid (number [protected]) connection since almost 1 year now. Last month i have submitted the request for postpaid to prepaid migration after that Reliance retantion dept called me & they told that we will give you ZERO rental plan. I said Ok. He did not told me that i will be charged ARP(Advanced Rental for 12 months) of Rs.499+49 service tax. Now this is big cheat as there was no communication from them that I have to pay 12 months advanced rental in advanced... When again i approached them to convert my connection to prepaid they are saying that you need to close all your oustanding first. Which includes Rs.499+49 service tax.. Now they are not even bother to talk to me & Reliance webworld is also not ready to listen anything as they are saying that you talk to reliance customer care. Reliance customer care is syaing that this is non-refundable charges which can not be reversed. My question is that if i have not asked you to bill me for this plan then why i should be paying this??? Now i am in problem because untill I am not closing my outstanding my connection will be in potpaid & my per day rental is being charged every day... Please consider this as an official complaint against them & help me to reverse those charges (Rs499+49 taxes)...Last complaint number is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

As i generated upc code, retention team call me (with [protected])on 02.08.2016 at 5:10pm and commit me that if you stay with reliance postpaid & continuous your connection with spend your six months with reliance postpaid then we will provide you retention 499 plan details are following...

all india unlimited free calling (include roaming)
1gb 3g after that 2g unlimited net
100 sms /day
but on 15.08.2016 i have completed my six months. Now i request to this plan then they are tell me that this plan not for your area so we cant provide it ...
Nobody contact me now, no response

My mobile no is [protected] In my bill my rental plan is showing 499 but charged 998rs+180rs tax..reliance store they said to me that backend team charges false plan..so u hv to contact customer care but i contacted several times to customer care but not get resolution yet and also contacted to nodle officer they also said contact yo customer care..wtf man m totally frustrated..i also complained to nodle officer but didn't get any response..they all are cheaters..m also going to share pic of my bill see on the top of right side my tariff plan name its jalsaunltd 499 and see in left side summary of current charges there is monthly rental 998..my plan is 499 then why u charged 998..0
