i complained on 06.02.2011 and after that several emails sent to you but in reply only same repeated message that we are lokking into it
i think just to formality the reply comes from your side to treat the matter and problem solved with in time
this is the matter of great regreat that a sum of rs 30/- or so giving you the problem
i can forgo the amount but as per rules how can you deduct the amount with out informing me
i will not use the number unless and until my deducted amount refunded back

i talked to your customer care 198 today at3.26 pm for 13.12 minutes but of no result the person refused to enter the complaint that it is time barred and they will not refund the amount
what i want to say that i didnot activate any service because the sim was out of my mobile from 26.09.2010 to 06.02.2011 when i checked the balane it was rs -1.66 earlier as on 26.09.2010 it was rs 29.64 how come i active the services a matter of great strange
now i am not in a position of continuing the number if this type of deduction made by you without my permission and i am forwarding the complaint to consumer forum today if not received the amount and assurance that in future no balance will be deducted without permission

Reliance GSM Mobile — deduction of wrong amount

my mobile no is [protected] on 11.05.2010 in the morning a sum of rs 50 deducted from my mobile when inquired customercare told me that it is dwnloded charges i havenot download any content but they refused to listen and cutoff the phone i email also them but did not get reply from them i request through you to reliance gs m to refund my 50 rs at the earliest satish kumar mittal

I am the prepaid customer of Reliance smart GSM with mobile no [protected] "Your subcription service has been automatic renewed at Rs. 30.00 for a period one month. I have loss 60.00 Rs for last 2 monts but i no know what is the activated in my mobile and I call your coustomer care number but customer excutive has been no response. Reliance coustomer service any other tele compny Comparison was very bad service.This is the 2nd time I am facing the same problem.This is cheating by such reputed Reliance company. I'm give up the reliance co. new name CHINDI CHOR

WRONGLY CHARGE FOR NEWS PACK

I am Satish Jain I am user of Reliance Mobile (GSM) prepaid since last 2 year my mobile no. is [protected]. On 22.02.2011 at evening 8.00pm to 8.45pm my balance has been deduct Rs.30/- after 1 hour when i check my main Balance i shocked what is this, then I called Reliance Customer care at 9.30 pm for deduction of money from my account, but he told that please call after 2 hour due to some tecnical problem, then i call again at 12.30 am to Coustomer care, then he give me information you are activated a News Pack by dialing "*123*11# " but i told him that I am not activated any this type of services they do not listen any thing and said that This Services Are Activated By You, this are not fault by system.so we can't help us for this purpose, but I am 100% sure that I am not dail any this type of No. to activate of any service, so I requested you to please please take a action & refund my wrongly charge amount as early as possible.

So I Further request you to please take a neccesary action because 1/paisa is important form me. which are make by hard working day and night.
