Reliance Gsm — Network problem and balance deduction | |||
I have purchased a new Reliance gsm sim 5 days back with number [protected]. I got 100mb free usage with it. Suddenly my Rs.55 balance was deducted. Also the network appears and disappers frequently.I called up the RCare and they said it has been deducted by mistake and said that the amount would be refunded in 2 days. So i recharged Rs.20 and again the balance got deducted. Then i realised that its the Internet usage that was costing, although i have the net pack till[protected] and still they are deducting my balance. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

Balance has been refunded. But the Internet issue is still there. Main Balance is deducted when internet is used.
