[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Postpaid — Non receipt of bill

I have been not receiving my bill soft/hard copy from last two months. Several times (more than 10times) it has been communicated to customer care executive and bill reminder call executive. I have been providing my mail id to every executive and in return i get only assurance and no action. I have also given written complaint of the same to reliance communication store at mahatama nagar, nasik.BNR sms has been sent 5 times to 51234.

This is highly unexpected from such reputed business group.

Pls note that it’s my final reminder to you to send me my bill either by hard or soft copy as early to facilitate easy payment and peaceful calling.

I will not like to discontinue reliance services for such issue.

i got reliance gsm post paid connection last one year since i got my connection i din't recieve any bill regarding the same . Every month they call me for the same .They always commit to me for sending the bill but ther newer send me bill my mobile no is [protected]
