Reliance GSM Postpaid — Disgusting Services

I have been using Reliance Postpaid GSM Serivces from Past three months and have faced a lot of problems with Network, connectivity , Billing and Customer Care Services.

I live in Thane, i never get full strength Signals and somtimes my phone shows i m in roaming, despite calling reliance on numerous occasions nothing has been done about it. If i have to make outgoing calls during evening, i have to dail a number atleast 20 times before my call gets finally connected, sometimes i have even counted upto 80 times.

They barred my services in the previous month after i had used their services for almost a month citing that my credit verification has failed, to my utter surprise i had paid 1000 during that month when my credit limit was only Rs 500.

Now this month they changed my plan without informing me, My plan was Reliance simple 199, but it has been changed to Reliance Employee 50, so where i had to pay 1 paisa per second on all calls they have charged me 5 paisa per second, also i had activated Reliace 99 for unlimited browsing, they charged me twice Rs 99 and also 357 for browisng !!

I called customer care and was abused by their Staff.

I m really Fed up with the services and want Justice.
