[Resolved]  Reliance GSM POSTPAID Connection — Wrong Commitment of Choice Number

Dear Sir,

I am having so many issues with respect to my postpaid connection of Reliance GSM having number [protected].

I was called by a representative 4-5 months back to take a reliance post paid connecton by a representative from Mira Road, Mumbai in my other prepaid nummber. They deceived me with few attractive offers and forced me through fake commitments to take postpaid connection.

The promise which was made by them with respect to taking a postpaid connection was they will provide me a number ending with 123456 being the last six dgit of the number. Hence, I paid money to their representative who came to my home to deliver the said connection in Kandivali. He gave me some temporary MDN Number i.e. [protected] and assured that within 3-4 days your choice number will be activated in the same temporary number.

Thereafter, I followed with them daily for so many days but no positive response from their end. His number is [protected] - Mr. Shaikh.

I have been forced to change my number through a fake offer which was never complied with. This is a gross injustice done to a bonafide customer of reliance. I am payin all the delayed payment amount since long due to non-resolution of the said problem. This is not the way to deal with customer. My calls were denied, ignored and even at times faced obscene comments from Reliance Bill Recovery People. Your behavious comes under section 13 of Consumer Protection Act.

Also, without my request at mid night some caller tune service got activated. This is height of irritation. I am not going to pay any such cost. Kindly provide me a waiver, complaint reference is [protected].

Inadequacy in service and shortcoming in providing services which has been promised by you. Kindly resolve my problem immediately, else, I will be forced to take legal action against you as per applicable laws. Solve all my problems immediately and update me wth the status. Else you shall have to bear all the costs for the recourse I'll be taking.
