Reliance GSM Prepaid — ACTIVATION OF MESSAGE PACK AND DEDUCTION OF BALANCE | |||
ON 03 APR RELIANCE GSM HAS DEDUCTED RS 20 FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT (RELIANCE GSM NO. [protected]) WITHOUT ANY REASON. WHEN CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE BLAMING ME OF SENDING SOME MESSAGE FOR ACTIVATION OF NEWS PACK THOUGH I HAVE SEND NONE. NO MESSAGE FOR ACTIVATION OF NEWS PACK WAS SEND TO RELIANCE FROM MY NO. [protected] ON 03 APR AT 2018 HRS. IT MAY BE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM IN THEIR PART BUT CUSTOMER CARE IS DENYING TO PROBE THIS MATTER FURTHER. THEY ALSO DENIED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS THIS IS NOT MERELY A MATTER OF MONEY BUT OF TRUST. ARE THE TELCOM COMPANIES CAN DO ANYTHING AT THEIR WILL WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST BOTHERATION OF CONSUMERS?
