CRBT Service invoked without my consent


Hi,

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

I want refund of my balance, this is cheating with customer hard earn money.

Do take some strong action against this.

on receiving several promotional messages i asked them to unsubscribe through several sms They dont unsubscribe me. why. to deduct charges regularly ? My sim no. is [protected] .. Unsubscribe immediately and never send again such messages or deduct charges

Reliance GSM — Started a new service without my permission

I recieved a tele-marketing call, in which the guy was telling me about some "good morning" service. He was forcing it on me... yet i said "i don't want it" several times. Inspite of this , he activated the plan and money is getting deducted from my mobile account. This is not fair, i want to register a complaint.
I called 198, talk to CCE (Costomer Care Exec), he has listen the problem, and deactivated the CRBT service and refund the amt. -thanks

Reliance GSM — Started a service without my consent

I have recently purchased a sim card from Reliance GSM. About 2 -3 days before i got an SMS that they have deducted some amount from my prepaid account for subscribing to morning SMS service but which i didn't subscribed. They started deducting this amount without my consent.

When i tried their customer care number , it took me hours to speak to one of their customer care representative and once connected, i explaiend to him my problem and he assured me that the service is deactivated and the amount will be credited back to my prepaid account. But it has been around 2-3 days since i submitted my complaint but till now , i am still recieving morning SMSs and the amount hasn't been credited back to my account. I again tried speaking to their customer care representative but he told me that due to some technical problem, he won't be able to help me at that point of time and he asked me to call after some time. I again called after some time but again the same response.

This is highly ridiculous on the service provider's part that they start any sort of service without taking the customer consent and they deduct amount for that illegally. They shall be highly penalized for this type of illegitimate behaviour .
