[Resolved] Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile Service — Incorrect / improper Deduction of Balance of Rs 120 within 15 days | |||
Hi, I want to raise a big issue with the help of this forum and site. I am using the Reliance GSM Prepaid connection since 6 months. * On 27th May 2010 i received auto genrated msg from the reliance service tht u subscribed ringtone and they deduct Rs. 30 for song and Rs.10 for the rigtone activation (it was not subsribed by me ..it was imposed on me by reliance) , though i unsubsribed the ringtone and lodged the complaint . Balnce on my phone is Rs. 50 * On 29th May 2010 again i got the one more auto genrated msg from the reliance service tht u subscribed music station and deduct Rs. 40 , I again unsubsribed the ringtone and lodged the complaint and the dedcuted balance not posted on my phone, so i left with Rs10 * On 8th night my Phone is Switched off and on 9th june when i switch on my phone again they dedcuted Rs 40 for the ringtone and unsubscribed the same and lodged another comp. but still balance is not revert back. now the Customer care is also paid services and i spend around Rs 100 to make a call them cutomer care and thy are not providing anything. Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile Service — subscribed RMS service without custemer`s permisson
Sir,my mobile no. has [protected].At 19sept 2009 timed 17.30.57 I got msg from RP[protected] that dear sbscriber,Yuo have been successfully subscriberd to RMS service at Rs.10 for 10 days.And 10 Rs was deducted from my balance.when I contacted custemer care(*333) about this what it is. they replried,it is mobile music service from reliance and call are made from company to me to ask to activate this service at 9 am.I told them that I did not requested for this service and no any call resived from company and I wanted to Rs10 back to my balance. But they did not give refund to me.
It is not metter of just Rs.10.It is cheating to custemers from company.Please proceed to rihgt of justice that in feature no one can cheated by thisway.

I(reliance GSM subscriber) also got a message like 'Your subscription to RMS Service has been renewed on 2009/10/09 for Rs.20 for 20days...' from RP[protected] although there was no request/acceptance from my side for this service. The service provider is here engaged in malpractice.

reliance gsm mobile (prepaid) — Wrong deduction of Rs.30 (Approximately)
Sir,I want to file a complaint against Reliance Communication. I have reliance mobile prepaid connection (Mobile No. [protected])
Somewhere on midnight of 24.01.2011 or in the morning of 25.01.2011 an amount approximately Rs.30/- was deducted from my balance whereas I had not opted for any scheme/VAS.
When I contracted at their Complaint No. 198, their representative told me that News pack was activated and than deactivate on my above mobile number and the amount was deducted on that account. This is completely wrong saying on their part as no such request was made by me.
Please take some action against Reliance Communication and direct them to refund me that amount in my prepaid account.

Reliance GSM Prepaid — Deduction of huge balance
Yesterday automatically caller tune was activated on my no, the song which i don't like at all.today morning I received a message "YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223(TOLL FREE). "
What is this? i mean this is the nature of reliance company to earn profit. I have never subscribed to such things and the balance has been deducted.
What is the way to take serious action against these activities of such service providers ????

Reliance — Deduction of Rs. 120
Reliance is the biggest theif in the whole universe.They have very slow system. Whenever some customer call to their representative they have set of excuses ready with themself.(Network is busy, Call Next Time data is not available, blah blah)
I have activated 1GB usage for 15 days is autorenewal service. So it will activate automatically but i dont how they have deducted 120 Rupees from my account with any prior notice.
What do the reliance guys are doing. They dont know how the system work. They are are biggest thief.

Reliance GSM — Improper service
I made a recharge of Rs 650 in that I supposed to have free call to all reliance GSM number after 11 pm but I cannot make phone after 11 PM. Every time there is same message come that the number is busy. How can all number be busy at same time? I have cheated by the Reliance Communication. I wanted you to take the matter seriously.
