Activating the value added services without knowledge of customer

Dear Sir,
I am having pre-paid no. [protected] from Reliece and using the same since last more than 2 years.
Reliance always add the value added services like Jokes, Shayree, cricket score, Live Aarti etc. without any information to me and deduct the money from my balance account.
Whenever, we call to customer care, they say that I had approched to add value added service whereas I am never interested...

Hi,
I want to raise a big issue with the help of this forum and site.
I am using the Reliance GSM Prepaid connection since 6 months.
* On 27th May 2010 i received auto genrated msg from the reliance service tht u subscribed ringtone and they deduct Rs. 30 for song and Rs.10 for the rigtone activation (it was not subsribed by me ..it was imposed on me by reliance) , though i unsubsribed the ringtone and lodged...
I want to raise a big issue with the help of this forum and site.
