[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile Service — Activating the value added services without knowledge of customer

RELIANCE GSM MOBILES — ACTIVATED VALUE ADDED SERVICES

MY MOBILE NO.[protected],I am Reliance GSM MOBILES uesr,when iam recharged with rs.50/-,100/-,200/- amount.the Reliance GSM MOBILES company activated various type of value added services like call manager,missed call alerts,bikini babes girl etc.& deducted my prepaid a/c balance without any information.what i am doing for this .please inform me.

On[protected] at around 2:02 p.m i received a call from customer care about the beauty tips activation and i said i do't want that. after neglecting i received first sms on 29 dec i thought that its mistake from company. on 30 or 31 dec Rs. 10 got deducted from my bal. i made a call to customer care and asked why they have deducted my balance, one of the cce told me to call after 2 hrs because server is down and i said ok. again next day i tried to make call it network busy, i tried a lot of time but it didn't connected. i forgot about that. and on 08 jan 2010 Rs. 30 got deducted from my account and i made the call to customer care they gave the information that balance is deducted in renewation of beauty tips service and i hadn't activated this.without my permission they how deducted my balance and any info they activated the service and deducted the balance. what should i do now. please tell me

my mobile number is [protected].Without any kind of activation MKR scervice has been activated and Rs.30 has been deducted on 10th April. i made a call to customer care and asked why they have deducted my balance, one of the cce told me renewation of MKR service Though i hadn't activated this service before.without my permission they how deducted my balance and any info they activated the service and deducted the balance. what should i do now. please tell me...if i don't found any solution then i have to leave the connection..

Reliance prepaid phone GSM — Balance deducted without customers knowledge of activating the service

1. The service provided by reliance GSM phone is very very poor. Most of the time the cell number is not reachable and if anyone calls an autoresponse says this number is not valid or not reachable although on the cell the signal and tower is showing.

2. Balance gets deducted without customer' s knowledge of activating the service. In my cell without my knowledge cricket pack has been activated and everyday Rs. 5 or Rs. 30 etc. gets decucted and when i call customer care (i) the customer care number is buzy.
(ii) after several attempts the customer care official says todays money deducted will be reveresed but that 10 days before will not be done, even after repeated explanation that the service was not asked for and not activated by the consumer. Moreover the cricket pack did not even give any daily message, then why should the money be deducted?

3. There is no call waiting facility nor is there conference call facility as provided by other service provider like Airtel or Vodaphone.

I m sure after so much of technological advancement also, its a shame if Reliance can not provide the bare minimum telecomunication services required and can not be honest in the monetary transaction.

Would be odliged should the rectification measures and appropriate actions are taken with immediate effect.

My Name is Yash, my mobile no. is [protected], yesterday from my balance is deducted by Rs30/-,
without any intimation.
I have not activated any Value added Services.
Customer Care is also not responding me.

This is really bad.

I think i have to switch over from Reliance GSM Service to other Service.
