Reliance GSM — very bad network

i have purchase a relience gsm connection & reacharge the std calling card
in std calling card night calling 11 pm to till 6 am all rilience to relience calls are free
i have call to my friend at 11 pm but call not connected i am try many more time
call connected after one or two hours only same time i call to my freind by normal call so call connected only one time because this is chargable so please chack the problem & solved this otherwise refund my money & disconnect my no.

i have purchased Reliance GSM approxmatly 5 months back with the number [protected]. From nearly one week the network is not connecting to my mobile but showing "Emargency" somuch of times so that i am getting irritation with thier service.some times it was connecting and most of times automaticaly disconnecting during i am in conversation with others.Due to that my mobile also getting switched off automatically so that i dusturbed a lot. And somany people like me are suffering from this company's network. so i request you to solve our problem and help us as soon as possible.

Reliance GSM — NO/very Bad Network

Hi,

I brought a Reliance GSM number couple of months back. I am facing hell lot of issues with my new number. There is no network/bad network/cant make calls. I really don't know what to do. Hope this site could be of some help.

here is ur gsm tower...which is nt workng from 1months...i tell to our distributr but he didn't listen

and saying i hav talk to company...and company manager is saying that generator is dead...and changed in december

but sir here is a lot of customer of reliance...and r angry with ths netwrk

so i request u to plzzz tackle ths prblm by sending and expert engineer fr furthr infrmtn u call me on [protected]
i hav not giving u the no. of no. gsm bcz signal is not thr, currently

yes you are true dude, i to bouhgt the reliance sim many months back but i used it not even for couple of days, because since from 7 years there is no network in my colony(AP, Hyderabad, BHEL colony, MIG phase II) nad im complaing but no one is caring, i think ambani dont care for the users or his customers as he got much of money..

I just read all the compliants with respect to reliance GSM service. I am also facing the same problem as the network is pathetic. My number is [protected]. Relaince has commisioned the services without proper network coverage. They are just making the fool out of the system and the Regulators. I am not bale to understand why are the regulators not cancelling their license.

At present I feel it is a better and time saving effort if you can move to another service provider.

Reliance GSM — Activated Service without consent

Sir,
I received an SMS from Reliance GSM Services last month to call at a TOLL FREE No. to JUST LISTEN to a Mantra.
The SMS reads like this :

" Hi,Maine aapke Jivan ko behtar bananeke liye ek mantra dedicate kiya hai.
Mantra sunane ke liye dial kare toll free 5646415. No call charges "

Now , as it is clear from the above quoted SMS that there is NO INFORMATION whether the mantra service would get activated JUST BY CALLING ON THE TOLL FREE NUMBER.
But still to my amazement ( when I came to know of the fact later ), as I called on Toll Free No. given above they activated "Mantra Services" on my number and deducted Rs. 30 immediately .
The same amount Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance this month also.
When I called Customer Care they asked me to call on a number they gave me. When I called at that number there was NO RESPONSE.
I called Cutomer Care again and the same thing happened.

Sir, it is very sad and painful for me to think of such frauds being done by almost every BIG MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDING COMPANY with most of the individuals using their Services and I think it is not a matter of just Rs.30 but a matter of FRAUD & CHEATING with the public by such Big Companies and that is what hurts more. Are these Companies any better than the ROBBERS robbing a bank? They are simply busy making money, be it by ROBBING / LOOTING the emotions and trust and money of the general PUBLIC.
If I was some what weel off I would really have filed a PIL AGAINST SUCH FRAUDSTERS.
Seeking some action from your end.

Reliance GSM — services activated without Consent

MY Mobile no [protected] .

1) On 24 th july I got SMS that your Dear customer you are subscribed to caller tunes my 10 rupees are Deducted , Who told reliance to do that ?
2) Then I get another message on 25th july YOUR subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at rs 30 , now what is this ?
Did I tell you people to do that why you are fooling customers .
I don’t want to use bad words , otherwise I can create a seen in Reliance OFFice .
Who told reliance to activate any services did i told them ... no i didnt then why they have activated and charged me . It will be better if you will refund my amount .
Even i have given request for DND activation still not done .

Reliance — survive without consent

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent on my mobile number [protected]. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

The Network Connectivity of Reliance GSM is very Bad. I am trying to call to any one and on any network,but not a single call is connected. After that i am trying to complaint to Reliance GSM Customer Care through their site , But not a single complaint has been posted.

I have a reliance GSM connection Mobile no. [protected] in my name Arup Sarkar.Without my Consent the company is activating their service and cutting amount from my account. And once complain is filed they are not at all listening neither returning my money. And it is repeated more than twice.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — ACTIVATING SERVICES WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Dear Sir,
I have been using Reliance GSM service (Mobile No-[protected]) form last one year since then it is harrasing me by activating lots o[censored]nnecessary services like-caller tunes, astro pack etc..to my moble no without my request and deducting their charges which I am not supposed to pay.

That recently they have activated cricket pack to my number and deducted Rs 45/- without my request/consent. I have tried to contact their customer care but they did not pay any heed to my request, rather I have emailed their customer care and TRAI also but till now I did not get any mail form their end.

I therefore request your goodself to intervene into the matter and try to refund my Rs 45/- ,deactivation of the said service and take necessary action against these companies.

BALANCE DEDUCTED FROM ACCT.
Dear Sir,
I have Reliance 3G GSM sim no [protected].As on 08/03/2011 at evening I was recharge my acct with rs 222 .The conformation msg delivered in my Mobile.I check my balance show rs 201.
After some time i check balance but the no balance in my acct.In this time i did not make any call.No any service running in my sim.I was no use interner.
I call customer care 8/03/2011, 09/03/2011, 10/03/2011, but they said there are no balanced in your acct. They are not any responce to me.
I therefore request your goodself to intervene into the matter and try to refund my Rs 201. and take necessary action against these companies.

Reliance GSM Prepaid — Excessive charging

i'm using reliance prepaid number n My number is[protected]. I've been charged excessively on local calls and also on calling toll free number. I'm very irritated because there is no satisfactory reply from reliance customer care either. Please do something about it.
