[Resolved] Reliance GSM Prepaid — Wrongful deduction of balance | |||
I have GSM prepaid connection from Reliance (phone number [protected]). It is mostly for emergency situations. In fact, I have not used it at all for the past 4-5 months either for incoming or for outgoing. But I find that all my balance (more than 400 rupees) vanished. When I called reliance, they said that it was due to caller tune and some other plan which takes out 30 rupees and 10 rupees every day so I end up using up more than 100 rupees each month without using the phone at all. I never subscribed to any of these services. They promised me that they will reverse these charges but only reversed 10 rupees and that too is gone the next day, again without using the phone. Now when I call them, they claim that their server is down so they can not help. I would like your help in stopping Reliance from playing this fraud and reverse these charges from my account.
