Reliance GSM Mobile Service — UNWANTED CALLS

Dear Sir,

I am having mobile no [protected] and [protected]. I am getting always unwanted calls as well as SMS every time. As per customer care i have registered DND REG in the month of February itself. Message received that it will deactivate within 45 days. But around 03 months over i am getting always unwanted call, which will affecting our routine life and it may be the reasons of accident etc.

We request you to DEACTIVATE all the UNWANTED calls immediately, otherwise i have an option to go consumer forum at any time.

My colleague Mr. Runvijay kumar having mobile no. [protected] having same problem as well as his account is debiting always with unwanted SMS. Kindly rectify immediately.

I registered for Do not Disturb through your website more than 2 months back. As per rule DND has to be activated within 45 days, but since DND is not activated after 60 days, I called your call centre ([protected]) and talked to your assistant. They promished that the DND shall be activated within 7 days, but 15 days has passed and DND has not acivated.

I am getting a lot o[censored]nsolicited calls and messages from RELIANCE, 51131.

It is really disgustiing for such type of service from Reliance.

Please listen to my complain urgently.

Caller Tunes are activating automatically, whereas I do not need all these, These are all disturbing and irritating for me, I talk to customer care for several time but till now i do not get any result. Without my requirementi has to pay for all these.Please stop all these.

i am fed up from the calls i recieve from relinace gsm.
they even call at 3 AM at night, i sleep with my elderly grandpa and we both get disturbed from their bizzare calls, pls help me and activate DND in my number: [protected] (DELHI)
