Reliance GSM — BLOCKAGE OF SIM

My GSM SIM no.[protected] for my mobile no. [protected] (Bikaner, RAJASTAN )has become inert since 1200 hrson 25 may 2009. I was on roaming at that time. Please do need full to make it servisible.

I would like to confirm you that i have purchase a GSM of Reliance no.[protected] that have blocked after a few days from activated. I went to Reliance shoppe/Reliance delaer and ask him to change it at sector-18, Noida, where he demand of Rs.100/- for replacement.

May you pls tell me if absolutely i have to paid it to them(Reliance shoppe) or it may be change foc (free of cost.).

Dear Sir,
Mine is a ported gsm connection with no:[protected], and properly working ,by last few weeks it is blocked by no reason. When i contacted coustmer care they told me to bring my id and a photo, as they told i given them my photo and id. They told me that your problem will be solved within 48 hours. After 5 days i went to coustmer care again and asked them about my complaint they told me that they had nothing to do further all has to be done by the main branch . Now what should i do to get my no: back . PLEASE make some arrengments.
