I am relience GSM coustomer since 5/6 yrs.on last 30/10 i have purchased top up vou. for500/- for which bonous talk time of 155 is to credit in next 24hrs., as per outlet deler.I have contacted smart coustomer care over [protected] on 1/11, they told the bonous talk time will be credited within 48hrs. but now it is 2/11 12noon, the co. have not yet credited the amount.Is it co.s 420 activities?why they then send me sms to get 600 talk time for 500 recharge? It is also very very problem to contact smart coustomer care service .why co. is not devloping its coustomer care net work for better services to its coustomers??? Reliance GSM — Fraud Talking
I am Shrikant Bhagyawant. My mobile no. is [protected].The Reliance GSM service provider are not good, they are not given me service neatly.
The all Reliance GSM customer care agent also fraud. Each time they give me wrong information about plan, & about my service. For last 4 days they give me information fraudly.
