[Resolved] Reliance GSM SIM Card — charges debited | |||
sir, i have reliance mobile no. [protected] under prepaid services. since last 5-6 months 8 or nine times my account got debited by 10 or 30 rs without using or subscribing for any services. i have many a times complained on 198 they told me that the amount was debited for some sen-sex information or R-WORLD services like ring tone or wallpaper download. i do not use any such services in fact m not interested in any such services. i also went to near by reliance world n complained for the same but didn't get any proper reply. i just cant understand why are rs 30 n 10 debited to my account. many a times they talked rudely with me. when i asked for the refund or compensation they refused for the same. when i have not activated any such scheme how can they debit such amount from my account. once or twice if this happens it is acceptable but every time when i recharge my phone, the next day the amount is debited. kindly take some strict action against this.i hope you will give me a favorable reply. my e-mail id is: [protected]@yahoo.co.in your early action in this matter is highly appreciated or else i will have to switch to other mobile service provider. yours faithfully, Riya Vyas Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance GSM phone — Debiting Money unnecessarily
reliance is self activate its pack and debiting money from from account.When I call their customer care ,they say that they can't refund the money ,but can deactivate the facilty.Now three time Rs 30 each has been debited without my notice and they are not ready to refund.Sandeep S
