Reliance GSM — wrong Call charge occured

Dear sir,
My self Krishnalal Barui, Kolkata, Belghoria.
My mobile no [protected]. I am reliance GMS consumer.
I bought Reliance GSM service 6 month ago of 312/- plan starter pack, the pack include 1 year validity, and call charge are rtl to rtl 0.19, rim cdma 0.30, other local 0.60 and std 1.50 rupees,
But since 1 week, i cant get this commitment. My call charge become 0.99 all calls, besides std.
Please help me regarding this.

Dear Sir,

I have a Mobile No.[protected] of Reliance (Smart) GSM Service, from last 6 years approx. It has been recharged with a Rs.750/-(Life Time Scheme) and got the facility of 6 month validity period. After 6 months I had to recharge with any Top-Up Vouchers. The last date of validity period was 02.12.2008, and I have recharged with the Top-Up voucher of Rs.333/- on 30.11.2008. The above all things was going on very well up to 02.112.2008. The validity period was not extended for next 6 months. And from 03.12.2008 my incoming and outcoming facilities have been suspended.
I complained several times to the Customer Care. I complained on 03.12.2008, 04.12.2008 & 06.12.2008 respectively for starting my incoming and outgoing facilities.
So, herewith I am requesting you to kindly give your kind attention in this regard and take necessary action.
I will be remain thankful for the same and oblige.

Smart Reliance — wrong charging of calls

sir,

My phone number is [protected]. My previous main account balance was Rs 401.28 on 03.05.2009.
I made a call on smart jharkhand number at around 11:45 pm for about 3 minute. As per the offer provided by smart on Reliance STD call Card of amount 650, amount deducted for the above mentioned call should be nill . But I was charged a amount of Rs 21.60 from main account balance for this call.
This is not the first case, before this arounnd 3 days before I was wrongly charged an amount of Rs 43.30.

Therefore, I request the concerned authority to please solve my case as early as possible to provide me justice.

Reliance GSM smart connection — UNABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS

I have a Reliance GSM Smart Connection (Lifetime) since 14th February, 2009. For the past 2-3 weeks, I cannot call from my mobile although, incoming calls and SMS are coming properly.

Could you please help me out.
