Reliance Gsm Smart Connection Complaints & Reviews

Hello, my self akshay jain and i am from dewas m. P. I am having reliance smart connection from last 5 years and my number was [protected].

When i got information form news that relience smart connections will be stopped from 31 dec 2017, i have sent lots of msg for port number on 29.12. & 30.12 but due to reliance network was not available my msg was not delivered and due to this now my sim card is stopped.

So...

In spite of repeated complains to the reliance gsm connection customer care office ,my balance has been repeatedly deducted after short (10) days interval for the unwanted services.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter and instruct the concerned to revert the amount the of balance deducted and stop providing any unwanted services....

I am using reliance's smart connection. My no. is [protected] . Few days ago my balance showed a deduction of Rs.30/- On contacting the CCE, they said that it has been deducted for some service called java games activated by me. I tried to explain them that I have heard such service for the first time, moreover the time when the service was activated ,according to the CCE, was past midnight,when I was fast asleep. I bought Reliance GSM service 6 month ago of 312/- plan starter pack, the pack include 1 year validity, and call charge are rtl to rtl 0.19, rim cdma 0.30, other local 0.60 and std 1.50 rupees,
But since 1 week, i cant get this commitment. My call charge become 0.99 all calls, besides std....
