Reliance Gsm Smart Connection — porting issue

Hello, my self akshay jain and i am from dewas m. P. I am having reliance smart connection from last 5 years and my number was [protected].

When i got information form news that relience smart connections will be stopped from 31 dec 2017, i have sent lots of msg for port number on 29.12. & 30.12 but due to reliance network was not available my msg was not delivered and due to this now my sim card is stopped.

So request you to please provide port number so i can change the service provider.
