Reliance GSM Telecom — always useless deduction of balance

i have a reliance gsm sim card .
they deduct my balance saying that u have subscribe this and that plan or somthing...

but infact i recive acall for to subscribe so an so plan and don't reply for it


and when i call the costumer care[*333] they don't take my call

once i called costumer care for the same purpose then one of their employee told me that we will not recive ur call ......
this not the first time till now mine 150 to200 rs had cut from my balance
