[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Telecom — Wrong deactivation of sms pack

Reliance has wrong deactivated my 5p sms pack and even calling them innumerable times they are not reactivating it neither are they ready to take any complain .. they say it will automatically be resolved within a day but its 24 days and still no action taken .. i want you to please take strict action against this imposition of reliance as i have to pay 100p instead of 5p per sms which hinders my work

Reliance GSM — Wrong Deactivation

Dear Sir,
This to reference my complain number[protected].My mobile number is [protected]. I had e-recharged with an sms pack of Rs.19 on 18th of August which was valid for 30 Days. On 17th of September the validity got over and so i again e-recharged the sms pack with Rs.19(Valid for 30 Days). On 20th of September I received an sms saying that my sms pack has been renewed and Rs.3.10 has been deducted from my account. When I complained them about it they said that my earlier pack's validity was over but it was still active and as an auto renewal process my balance has been deducted. After a lot of fuss when I said how can a company deduct money for the same service twice they said it was my fault that without deactivating the earlier sms pack I had again e-rechaged it. Then I asked for the process to deactivate the EARLIER sms pack which I rechaged on 18th August twice to two different persons at two different times since I was not convinced about the deduction of the money. I did as i was told about the deactivation of the EARLIER sms pack. To confirm the deactivation they said the earlier one(recharged on 18th august) is still active and the present one(recharged on 17th september valid till 18th october) got deactivated. I complained on that day(20th september) itself about it. To know the status of my complaint I called on 22nd of September but they said that no such complaint had been lodged. I had to again complain about the same matter. Since then I have neither received my validity nor my money. When I call them to know the status, they say the same thing every day that it has been sent to the relevant department and action will be taken as quickly as possible. When I asked them how long wil it take they said they cannot say that. Now I am not able to send sms as the validity of the renewal pack also got over on 24th september. Neither can I call as I cannot recharge my account since the earlier sms pack is still active(recharged on 18th August) and they will again deduct money from my account. Basically the sim has become useless. It has been 6days since no action has been taken by Reliance. I request you to take strict action against them and please solve my problem as quickly as possible.
even the consumer court is useless... i have complained on 27th september and still no action has been taken against it... useless consumer forum.
