[Resolved]  Reliance Health insurance — Policy details were explained wrongly & actual benefits found to be zero

Address:Maharashtra

Dear All,

With reference to the Policy No.[protected] Super Invest Assurance Plan ), I had called to your sales representatives & customer care many times.

Since at the time of purchase of this policy, we had got cheated by showing many benefits against a yearly premium amount of Rs. 9960/- which we had paid immediately on 31 Dec. 2008. We were told that we will receive the sum Assured amount around Rs. 5 lacs after 5 yrs. with critical illness benefits etc.

But when we received the documents in hand after 1 month, we came to know that 80% of the premium amount is taken as allocation charges & now the Fund value is around Rs. 1100/- which was surprise to us for which SA after 10 yrs. will be around max. Rs. 48,000/-.

Due to such terms, we had not paid the next due premiums. Since withdrawal of policy was not possible nor we wanted to continue the policy, We urge to you to kindly give us the solution that how could we get our premium back????????? or is it possible that without paying the due premiums, we will get some amount after 5/ 10 yrs.?////////

Awaiting for your prompt reply & kind help.

THanks,
Archana Jorvekar
