[Resolved]  Reliance Health insurance — No reimbursement from TPA -Emeditek

Hi,

I have a health policy from Reliance General Insurance[protected]. I got hospitalized in the month of September and I was told by their TPA E-Meditek that they dont have the data of my policy so can provide me a cashless faciltiy. I spoke to reliance and they told me that they are informing the TPA about my policy so that they could update their records.
I cleared my payments and provided ll documents to TPA for reimbursement. More then two months have been passed and the status is sae. TPA says they dont have data of my policy and whenever I calls up Reliance they say that they have forwarded my policy details to TPA.
Its frustrating to deal with these people. Can someon hlep or is someone form reliance listening.

Reliance Health insurance — Policy documents not received still being charged for it

I am an ABN amro CreditCard holder.
The ABN Amro executives contacted me regarding the Reliance health insurance policy thru ABN amro credit card. I opted for it and made the payment thru my credit card...ABN Amro given me monthly EMI option to repay the amount. Now the issue is that so far I have paid 3 EMIs but there are no policy documents received by me.
I complained many times to Bank and also to the Reliance health insurance policy. But so far only thing I listen is they already sent it, but I never received it. I am just asking then to resend it to me. But nothing. I stopped paying EMIs towards it, so they keep calling to pay EMI and when I ask about the complaint status they go deaf. I am tired of this now, don’t know what to do. Please help.

Reliance General Insurance — Health Policy not upgraded

Myself MC Goel has renewed my Health policy from Reliance General Insurance Gurgaon office (Near Rana Pratap Chowk)
Policy No is[protected] which in name of MC Goel and my wife Asha Goel.
My Wife Mrs Asha is admitted for treatment of Dengu Fever in Aggresen Hospital New Delhi and applied for cashless treatment to Medi Assist (TPA for Reliance) but they say this policy is not upgraded on computer of Reliance General Insurance Gurgaon office. They can only proceed, once it is upgraded on Reliance G Ins.computer.
I am trying to contact the Gurgaon office no.[protected]/32 but no one is responding.The Customer care contact no. from websites are also not working
Please advise

Reliance Health Care — Not received the Policy

Dear Sir,
I had submitted A Demand Draft of Rs. 1, 656/-(Rs. One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Six Only) of State Bank of India dt. 16.11.2007 to our Raipur Branch Office in the Name of Mr. Munind & the Policy Details in the Name of Shivashish Mitra.(Under our Sales Manager Mr. Praksh). They Issued a Policy Kit No. [protected]. But at the time of Renwal of this year they inform us that they had not issued any policy in this name. so Please confirm us that what legal action should I Take and where I Register my complaint. No body is receiving my call and no one answering properly. If such type of misbehaviour take place to a reknown compnay then how we get trust to company policy.

Please confirm the details from where that missed most immidiately.

I have taken policy from Mr. Manish Jaiswal who is your agent. My policy was going to laps on 27 November 2008. Your agent Manish Jaiswal has taken check from me on[protected] for reniwal but I have not yet recived policy bond or any other ducument from your office. I have given several reminder to Mr. Manish Jaiswal on his cell No [protected] and I have contect to Mr Rohit your Varanasi office manager on his cell No [protected] but he is also not giving proper responce. So what can I do Know.
I've started a mediclaim policy on 15th Dec-2008. The fellow dealt with me from Gurgaon branch Abishek told me within a couple of week I will get the documents.

But I've not yet recieved the documents. Today it is 4th Feb-2009. Approximately 50days over.

There is no response from customer care( roughly 50 times I called over phone& sent mail more than 15 times.)

Below are the complaint registration numbers alloted by the customer cares... but ultimately, what is th use?.. Still today nothing...

health policy of reliance — not recieve policy document

I renewed my reliance healthwise policy no[protected] by credit card (paid 2953 Rs) through tellysells on[protected]. I have recieved new po no. i.e. [protected]. provide user id password & popicy document.
i have taken familt health insurence plan.company told me to get relience cashless card and docoment with in 15 days, i invested in 22th july, but till now i havn, t get any thing.
Most hopeless insurance company. They do not renew it if they do not want to. I had no claim in last two years till they are not renewing my mothers policy. The nationwide help line no 3033 8282 does not work in Bangalore. Reliance as a whole going down the drain.

Reliance Health insurance — Health Insurance product sold online

Hi,

I bought a Health insurance product of Reliance through online in the month of NOV, 09 . Wow!!! I felt it was so simple and nice, sitting at your home, you can buy the product.. Alas!! i have not got the product, constant mails and calling customer service representatives has not helped, no reply, looks like no one is ready to give any feedback on the status. Mailed the main office in mumbai, got a mail, that i would get in a weeks time. Weeks and months have passed... no response yet..
Beware, any one purchasing online..especially any reliance products.. very bad

Reliance Health insurance — health Insurance

hi,

I purchased a Reliance General health Insurance for 3 members.
it covers 4laks of medical expences & its premium was 3888 Rs.

now this year premium of renewal is 13559 Rs. This is approx 4 time increased.

This is not fair to increase premium 4 time. I can't continue it.

I am suggesting everybody not to take reliance health insurance.

iam drraju undergone your familyfloter health insurence policy bearing no [protected] this year january 4 2010 and is lapsing on3 jan2011 and the premium paid for 2+2 was 3836/- but iwant to go for reniwal but the prise is rised upto around 11000/- which is unbeareble, , , , if it is go on incresing we will quit ur policy

It is highly shocking and unbearable situation for senior citizen like me, even after making payment for health insurance to me, to my son R.Ashwinkumar, and my wife S. Nalini in the month of 8th june 2011 and it was realized in my bank ( IOB Indira nagar,Adyar,Chennai 20 Che no 87908 for Rs 10520). No action has been taken for the past eight months. You are aware that next due for premium also falls shortly. Even after taking health policy, this eight months went without insurance protection. After that there is no policy has been sent ,nor card was dispatched. I was asked to go for medical checkup for which I and my wife went and that formalities were over. In spite of my repeated enquiry no proper answer from customer care. I came to know from my agent that my application is long pending with your ayanavaram branch no 31. Now I have claim for health. Since there is no proper document I am unable to make any attempt. I request you sir to take immediate action and send the policy and id card to my above address or reply me to my above id. I expect reply in two days. I hope you will take necessary action against erring person.
