Reliance General Insurance — medical claim was not settled yet

I have a Mediclaim policy of reliance that was the biggest mistake i have made in my life , and TPA for reliance mediclaim policy is Mediassist and I would like to tell you that the whole staff of mediassit is absolutely group of dumps, I have sumitted my claim file on time and they asked for few additional papers after that , I have submitted all the required doucments again , NOw they are saying that you never sumitted the doucments pls submitted again, when I speak to customer support , she told to email same doucment , I hve email the same ducment to reliance and mediassist office more than 5 time but still they are saying that they havn't recevied my doucments , How paint is the experience with this company ,i can't explain,

now they have closed my case without informing me , I sent a mail across to ask them how they can close my case . but when i call to reliance office they told me that your case is not closed ,

it is clearly shows that main company and TPA both have opposite statements and they never maintain the case history , every time they give new ref number and ask me to call again after 4-5 days.

tough I hve renewed my policy 3rd time , i am feeling serious pain..

finally i have decided to file this case to consumer coart , I have all the documents and email which i have sent across as evidence.

this is just because of lack of good management and poor staff member. sometime when we call to customer support , executive was gosping and put me on hold , they kept on discussing about new movies and planning to go for movie , How shameful situation ,

Here people was fighting to get his claim settle and they don't even ready to support him.

Reliance Health insurance — NOT REIMBURSEMENT OF MEDICAL BILLS

I would like to inform you that Medical Bill of Daughters Ms. ARchana Policy No. [protected]of Rs. 32577/- was submitted in your office on 05.01.2010.

In the last week of February-2010 a official of your office was come to our residance and investigation has been made and collect the all photo copies of all related papers like discharge summery ,medicine bills etc. and given assurance for reimbursement of bill within 15 days.

2.5 months time has been passed for submission of bills and 20 days for investigation, but till date we have not received payment of our bills.

So you are therefore, requested to kindly see this matter and necessary approval may kindly be granted enable me to recieve the payment.

Its a reliance mediclaim

My uncle is not given teh claim money back. He is told that you sent us your bills after a week and you should have informed us when you were in hospital. What is taht nonsense.

He got operated with all screws in his bone such a bad situation for an old man alone in the city. You want us to inform.

Claim amount is 1lakh.

They are not giving the money back.
This paramount company is doing nothing . We are filing a case on them this Monday via consumer court on hare. reliance is equally responsible for this.

maine apne pitaji ko 19/04/2010 ko metro hospital le gaya unhe 20-25 din se fiver tha.
aur hamari bato ko samjh nahi pa rahe the.mai unhe treatmaint ke liye metro hospital mai le gaya tha. wahan par unhono condition serious bata kar bharti kar liya aur 19/04/2010se22/04/2010tak admit rakha.mere pitaji relince helth insurance mai cover the aur hospiral bhi unke caseless network mai tha.ab maine isurance office mai phone kiya to unhone kaha ki aap admit karwa lijye hospital ki requast aane ke bat ham dekhenge.aur jab hosrital ne requast bheji to uhone kaha ki hospital condition justify nahi kar pa raha aap treetmait karwa lijye bad mai calaim kar dena
treetmaint ka kul kharch 12000 aaya . ab jab maine batd mai claim kiya to phir unhone claim dinay kar diya.
aur mujhe insured hote huye bhi ye kharcha apne sar par lena pad raha hai
