[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — 799 plan not activated(Mob. No. [protected])

On dated 20.02.09, I got a promotional call from reliance India customer services that my present plan of Rs 799(Reliance to reliance free all over india) will expire today at 12.00 pm in night and If I will recharge with Rs 799 before this time my services will not be hampered and I will got Rs 100 also in my main account.I recharged my mobile with Rs 799 plan at 8:40 pm on same date i.e 20.02.09 which is confirmed as I have received a message for the same . But on dated 21.02.09 at 8:00 am when I dialled a reliance number from my phone the call could not connect and the information was please recharge your mobile as the account balance is insufficient to make a call to this destination number.Then I called the customer care for the information of my account balance . The first executive was telling me that there is no recharge in my account for Rs 799 on dated 20.02.09. In same way I talked to around 4 executives and all were telling to me that there is no such recharge in my account .At last one executive told me that he has saw in his data base that there is a recharge of Rs 799 in my account on dated 20.02.09.Then the executive told me that as my main balance is in negative value If I will recharge my mobile to make my mobile main balance positive then I can enjoy my services of Rs 799.I recharge with Rs 50 but still my services not activatedStill they told me that It will took two days to rectify the problem I want to know that who will compensate for my two days delay in activation of plan as it will cost around Rs 50 and the money deducted from my account after Rs 50 Recharge due to non activation of my 799 plan and the mentall harrasment due to non availability of information from the customer care.Now I want to know what should I to do.(Compl No.1142959)

Reliance — unable to make calls from 11 to 6 to a particular RIm number.

This is to inform you with a frustration that sice one and half year I am using reliance mobile . But for the last 6 days after I am unable to make calls to a specific RIM [protected]@bangalore after night 11.i am using STD calling card of amount Rs 875/ which has a facility of night time free. But what is the use of this free scheme if one is failing to call. I am highly dissapointed and I sincerely request to look into this matter. I have been calling customer care but they are asking me tim eand again abt the problem and saying it as congestion. But I am surprised that if its congestion then how am I able to connect to other Rim numbers at the same time. And secondly I am able to call the same rim number after morning 6. that clearly indicates that I am unable to utilize this free scheme for this particular number. Kindly help me to come out of this problem as its heights of my patience. At worst case I would be bound to dump this connection and there by suggest others to dump their connections too.
I would look forward to get solution asap.
Yeah, the same issue had happended to me.
i've recharged for 799 but still i couldn't maske any reliance STD call and it say's insufficient balance to make a call from this number.

Reliance system is one of the worst telecommunication and i suggest everybody to go for any other CDMA or Better go for GSM provider, even if the provide 50 Paise per minute they will keep up the word and they wont steal money implicitly, like this cheat org.
It happened with me also.I talked with 3 excutives and all of them told me new things.These people dont know the policies of their company.RUBBISH
i have recieved reliance addvirtizment call even if i am in roaming!!! It costs me as per roaming charges!!! Why to pay for an addvertzment calls from my pocket? I raise my voice against RIMs frauding policy to get money from customer's main account. You have to stop making add calls if the person is in roamig. My no is [protected].

I have also been cheated by Reliance by the same 599 plan, I recharged with rs 599 as I have been using the same plan for past 6 months, but today on 25th December I am unable to make any calls to reliance number as my balance is zero, when I told the customer care about this they said the plan has been changed to 799, I said ok I will recharge with rs 799 now, they said I cant, I can only change to a new plan after the current 599 plan expires i.e. after 11th january 2012.

I feel betrayed and cheated as I feel reliance should have informed me about the change in plan or atleast let me change my plan now.I hope serious action is taken by the consumer court about this, my number is [protected]
I am not given that extra 30 min talk time to non-reliance numbers while recharging my number +[protected] ...
I am not been given that extra 30 mins to non reliance number on the recharge of Rs 799 /-
