Reliance India Mobile — Number not being terminated

I have a mobile (model no is LGRD6130 and RSN no is RLGHS[protected]) and the phone number is [protected] (This number is of Mumbai). This cell number was not in use since more than last four months. The reliance end says that the number is in S3 stage right now. I want the number to be deleted from my handset so that i can get a new number on the handset. But it is to my utter surprise that even after sending a number of emails, i am not being helped from the reliance end. I am continuously sending emails and calling customer care for the same since last one month and i am being mentally harrassed saying that it will be done but when it will be done is not known to anyone. Please help me in this regard at ur earliest possible.

sir, in marshaghai, there is no network so how can i use reliance in that area, so quickly take action for solving it

Termination of mobile corporate no. [protected] due to exit from company P.K.T.C.L. after finish of contract period .The bill up to 2/10/2010 have been paid since then the mobile is kept off. If how ever any bill is pending please send me on my email [protected]@yahoo.co.in .
