Subject: Transfer of number from old set to new set
Dear Sir,
I (Sukanya Ray) have a RIM connection bearing no.[protected] from Dhanbad. My old set has already been damaged and I am unable to use my old set.Thus I had apllied for transfer of my number to a new set(SIM No.-RAXR U[protected] on 21.08.2008 with your Web World, Dhanbad along with all the relevant papers. However, I have not received any positive response from your Web World and your officials yet regarding this.Even though I am following up with your Web World almost daily from 21.08.2008, the staff of Web world as well as your officials are not bothering about this.I am facing lot of problems for the above reason.One of my friend has transfer his number ([protected]) to a new set within an hour from Web World, Ranchi.If only one hour is required for the transfer of number to a new set, I am not understanding why the web world, Dhanbad is taking so much time for the same work?
Lastly I am like to say that the kind of dealings the web world staff as well as the company officials are showing to customer is not expected from a big professionally managed company like yours.
Once again I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority basis and solve my problem at the earliest.
