Reliance India Mobile — Sim not Activated

Sir,
i bought a rim set post paid connection yesterday and executive told me your rim was activated on evening today but it not happen therefore plz consider my problem.

I am a customer of RIM, I have taken its connection on 16/01/2009. I was assured that my number will be activated on the next day, It is already two days passed till now I am not getting any response.
Therefore please consider my complaint.

my mobil number is [protected].my complaint against customer care & webworld.both are not say right about any matter.my mobil is lost so i inform to customer care de_ activate my outgoing . next day i go to your web world DISHA COMMUNICATIONS at kharghar at navimumbai application for duplicate sim. he say your sim is activate with in 3hours.but 2days ago my sim is not activate .i call to customercare. customercare say go to webworld& webworld say call to customer care. but what is my problem. please activated my sim argent otherwise my loss in work. iam your customer from back 5years.please follow my complaint.

My Connection is prepaid. i want to convert it pri to post, and requested in my nearest webworld since 27-04-09. after full verification my connection is not converted. WHY?
