[Resolved] Reliance India Mobile — Legal notice | |||
Dear Sir, My data card no was [protected]. Due to lost of my card i had stopped my services through calling customer care and i asked him that i do not want to use services any more .. so please terminate my account and send me the remaining bill. The customer care executive asked me that the services are stopped and no bill be generated for this data card.I received remaining amount 1237.00 (not exact know) on my billing cycle. After some time i received a phone call from customer care that if i pay the 900.00 rs. then they will settle the account and for this i agreed and pay 900 through credit card and provide the receipt details to that person. I told him that I do not start my connection because i have lost the data card and do not want to purchase new one.For this she agreed and confirm me that no new bill be generated for this no. Now I received a legal call from RIM that i have to pay Rs.1937 remaining balance for the data card.I told him that how it is possible that without data card how i can use the internet (my data usage is zero in this billing cycles). I went to reliance store and complain for this but they told me it goes to legal and we can not provide you any help for this. I received call from legal and the language of the person is very abusive .I am shocked about this that how Reliance a big company treat his customer. Please provide me help regarding this .
