Reliance India Mobile — bad service

sir i am student of st.augustine inter college i am using a wireless internet data card of reliance india mobile.sir i am fed up of the bad services. the company provides net speed upto 250 kbps but most of the time it remains 00 kbps and does not provides promised speed . i dont understand whom to complain ,i think the company never pays attention they are fooling the customers .i am disgusted every time recharging the data card in hope of better service but every time it steps me back .i think i am wasting my pocket money. sir kindly look forward to this complain i wish you will help myproblem.
