Reliance India Mobile (Prepaid) — Activating service without confirmation | |||
Every time when I am recharging my number, a service called 'Bakwas' autmactically get activated. I have called twice to de-activate this service, reliance customer representative said that it would get deactivated in next 2 days but it never got deactivated instead service resumes after every recharge. Reliance said that service is getting activated through IVR system and I am pretty much sure that I have never used IVR to activate any kin of service. Please look into the matter. Though I am pretty much sure that I have never used any kind of IVR, as per the direction from TRAI customer should reply to a confirmation message sent by the service provider, which I never got.
