[Resolved] Reliance Infocom — sim card registration failed | |
I am residing at Mumbai n my Business is in Vapi.My GSM no [protected] registration failed on 23/01/2010.i visited four to five times at my near by Reliance web world at Sion,she told me that GSM card is not available right now come tomorrow.next day she gave me same reply,third day same,its sound that awkward that the web world dont have the GSM stock and opposite of that web world there is a Reliance gallery there they have sufficient GSM stock.after a weak.One executive told me that it cant be done.the reason she gave me that your card will be replaced at Vapi from were you have purchased it.I just want to know if i am in roaming and the same happen what shall i do,shall i change my no,or shall i keep my cell in my drawer.i think i have made a big mistake choosing your service.i have made a complaint in there register but still there is no further step has been taken, pl z give some solution for the same. my airtel sim card registraion has failed since last two month, my cont no is [protected]. i want to know about my billing details .and also want to deactivate on this no all value added services and gprs500. please do these favours to me and oblige as early as possibleReliance Infocom — Roaming facility deactivated without information and for several times
I Shubham Kumar Srivastava using Reliance Post Paid from more than 1 year.My mobile no- is [protected].I am totally dissatiesfied with the services of RELIANCE INFOCOM.
MY COMPLAINT - When I am out of DELHI my roaming is DEACTIVATED without informing me.This has been done several times without informing me.
I called customer care number several times but the problem still continues.
Please do something about it.
Right now i am out of delhi and my number roaming facility is deactivated without informing me,due to this i am unable to call or receive any calls.
