[Resolved] Reliance Infocomm — charging for 51234/premium service with out using it | |
I have reliance post paid connection [protected].This complain is in reference to the bill for May 09 and June 09 received by me. Reliance charging for Dial 51234 & Premium Voice services even though they are not used or dialled. I wish to clarify that I have not used the above services and your bill indicating calls amounting to this number for Rs162 and Rs12 are absolutely false. This phone is used only for reliance to reliance as I have other mobile connections for making calls. Most time it is in keypad lock condition, so no way to get dialled automatically. First time I came to know about this service when I received charges of Rs162. This is really cheating to customer without dialling 51234 service. Last bill I paid all the unjustified charges and made a regular complain so that they are going to take action. But till date no update I have received and got another charges of Rs12 for the same 51234 service. I don't know what are the actions I need to take to stop this kind of cheating. They make a habit of it and not ready to investigate the issue seriously. I am 200% confident that the bills are false. Was this information helpful? | |

Reliance Infocomm — Income tax return
Dear Sir,I had file Condonation of delay u/s 119(2)(b) of IT act 1961 on 16.08.2010 regarding asst.year 2007-08. My PAN NO IS AAIPE1383J . My application was heared by Mr. N.Kasishankar at Trichy IT Office. I had fullfill all requirement on 25.01.2011. Till today there was no reply and any kind reponse from the office pl tell me what to do now.
Reliance Infocomm — Barred GSM post paid connection by service provider
Submitted monthly post paid bills of Mobile number [protected] of Rs. 924.87 from period 23/07/2011 to 22/08/2011 on dated 26/08/2011 . After so many calls recieved from service provider and clarification made to the executives for payment by providing the receipt number and date of payment but service provider has barred the out going calls from 22/09/2011 mid night because of previous month bills of Rs 924.87, which already has been paid.22%

Reliance Infocomm — Charged for Free Services
I am using Reliance Connection from January Onwards, with numbers [protected] & [protected]. In my plan the call usage of 250 minutes & 50 MB of Mobile Internet is free of any charges. But still I have been charged for 46 MB units of mobile internet consumed in last bill. On contacting the local reliance customer care they have admitted the mistake and asked me to pay the remaining balance of Rs. 700, after deducting the Rs. 518 wrongly charged amount, the total bill was for Rs. 1218.On getting assurance that the same will be adjusted and I will not have any burden, I paid Rs. 700 and soon after four hours of payment I see that my outgoing has been disconnected.
I tried to contact Toll free customer care from the same number but even that was barred. So i tried from another reliance number [protected] and contacted customer care where the customer care representative said that I have to pay the full amount as the services are not free of cost, and then only they will activate my services.
So then I felt cheated. What the kind of cheat these people are.
Kindly help me and provide the solution, because you are the only one to trust now.
