[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Chronic Defaulter

My Reliance Data card no: [protected]. since the time of installation Reliance has been cheating me on speed. when i complain the customer care people pacify me saying "sorry for the inconvenience" and continue their callous disregard for a consumer who has trusted their service and borne their atrocities for 14 months. earlier too, i complained here, about this, and there was a response... some big bug called me asking me what the problem is, i have again and again and yet again explained but to my dismayed horror they continue blithely with their cheating . i am supposedly in an unlimited plan worth Rs. 1500/- for 12 GB valid for 90 days. The day i recharge the problem starts, i work for 20 to 27 minutes and the speed dies. literally dies. i am left staring at my work about to submit frantically clicking "Submit" but nothing happens. i have lost an online job because of this, i lost my articles due to this. i have suffered sorely at the hands of a chronic callous defaulter Reliance. Now i have had enough. it has taken a toll on my health and peace of mind. i am damned if i am going to allow a crooked corporate company to control me... the Ambanis must benefit greatly by this fraudulent service to its consumers. to hell with you, Reliance and Ambanis !!!

So, in this scenario i am stuck till i finish my left over GBs.
who will address this problem?
is there any justice in this world?

i have been cheated out of my hard earned money (my pension)

Reliance sent an engineer who told me that there is no likelihood of my getting this problem resolved as i am in a limited plan!
I confirmed with the Reliance customer care and was told i am NOT in the limited plan.

for Rs. 1500/- 12 GB unlimited is my plan.

Is anyone listening?

I was told that the Indian Consumer court takes its duty seriously and resolves issues
