Broadband Connection/wrong Billing
I Purchased a Broadband Connection vide Chip no [protected] in June 2011 for my brother who had visited India for one month and paid Advance rent along-with full charges for Data Card. Although it was very expensive for temporary use for one month Anyway I needed it I purchased it for one month. My brother used it for few days and went back. I requested Reliance Customer care service as well as in Web world to deactivate it as we were not using it. My request may please be got verified from their record. Now they are threatening me through their lawyer to pay dues of Rs. 700/ immediately or they will send police to my house. They deactivated my services intentionally after 20 days of my request to them, I suppose. May I request the concerned Authorities to look into the matter and save me from their harassment. Why I should pay charges for the period I was not using their services(i.e. after my request to them)
