[Resolved]  Reliance Landline And Broadnet — bill problem

I had disconnected the Reliance broadnet because of pathetic service, in May end.
In the next bill, which I only received on mail( I had put in 5 requests on customer care for hard copy...but to no avail).Anyways..the bill has included the modem charges.I was not even asked if I wanted to keep it or not. When asked for this..they said..you should give it back...and when I asked..where to give ...they have been saying that their representative would come and he has not come till date.

Then, because of this error...I could not pay the bill and the fools have disconnected my landline.What is to be done.? I have received the next bill now...
