My telephone No: was[protected] which I surrendered on[protected]. Inspite of that they have not refunded my security deposit, but went on issuing bills even after the surrender of the connection. Repeatedly brought to the notice of the customer care and also a person from the company visited but no results.
This Company has done the same thing in my earlier connection[protected] which I had surrendered on[protected] on my transfer. Till date I have not received refund of my security deposit in that case also.

IT company — surrender of land line
Sir,we are using your Airtel services since 2007 April, as we are using five of your services we want to surrender two of your land line services from this month, one of the service is not in use from last 7 to 8 months after putting lots of complain, your customer carethey just keeps on talking and doing nothing, so we are in noway to continue services .
