[Resolved]  Reliance LG Mobile — complaint for the mobile

LG — Without using balance will be deduct

Sir/madam,
I am jagannathan my mobile no [protected] as iam using since last 3 years. Last 3 months i am getting toomany SMS it will deduct my balance. this messages we are not requested they will send without any information, becouse we struggle with reliance. Bcz we are not interested with getting sms with paid. This sms will irritate and loss my account. So please stop the sms.
(Note; I am already consult with the Web world at Jayanagar 4th block 10th cross Bangalore-41. so many times, even they will not response & am 3, 4times mailing you no reply from ur side)
I[censored]r not going to stop the unwanted sms. I am going to consult with consumer court.Because approximately i loss in my account around 10000/- and valuable time.

reliance LG mobile — suddenly balace nil

Dear sir,

I have purchase new mobile. I have use this mobile sumtime.every time prepaid recharge.then sunddenly balacne nil.

I have suggest to me .what is this problem?
where did me going me., suggest to actual person and place.

My cell numbre is [protected]..It is purchased before three year. I have so much problem with your plans. I found so much massages from 51234 as cricket information. but i have always sent massages from last six months to unsubscribe it. The massages deliverd successfully but no response against it.And you always deducted rupees 18/- from my balance. I am lifetime prepaid costumer of reliance.during this month on 17th december I recharged 50 Rs. but you deducted the amount18 RS. then again I recharged 50 Rs. on 23rd December you again rupees 18/- was deducted from my balance, why? It will be horrible for me to have reliance cell if my balance will be so deducted without any reason.please check and refund my balance.
SO please unsubscribe me to all your 51234 programmes. and returned my amount which you cut last six months. Thanking You!

reliance LG mobile — Necessarily deduction of balance

Sir,

Please refer to my complaint of 03.01.11 appended below. In spite of my best efforts I was unable to speak to customer care * 369 for deduction of my balance. Somehow I got another customer care No. 198 on 03.01.11 and apprised of the problem fist time to Mr Ravi and second time to Ms Babita who promised to refund. Third time I again spoke to another customer executive whose name I am forgetting. I also mailed complaint on 03.01.11 as appended below but so far my balance has not been re-credited to my cell.

May I request to the authorities concerned to re-credit my balance and do not harass me in future like this.

A very Happy New Year 2011 to all concerned. I am a reliance mob customer. I have never subscribed for any service. I recharged my mob no. [protected] on 31.12.10 for Rs 100/- +Rs 23/- but my balance around Rs 60/- has been deducted unnecessarily. More over, I am unable to speak to the customer care in spite of my repeated efforts. I would request for the following immediate actions please :-

1. Re-credit my money so deducted on different dates to my mob No [protected] .

2. DND service has already been activated. My request No. is [protected] activated on 23.12.10.

3. Request issue necessary instructions to all concerned to avoid harassment as such in future.

I am thankful for resolving my earlier complaint.

Reliance — lots of unwanted calls

Reliance LG Mobile — Unwanted calls on mobile

I am using Reliance LG prepaid mobile . My number is [protected]. I get lots o[censored]nwanted calls on this number, such as advertisement, music calls after every hour which is disturbing me a lot. Pls stop this unwanted calls as soon as possible.

I am not yet satisfied as my problem is not yet solve. Its been 3 months now since I had launched the complaint. It was committed to me that it would be solved in 15 days, but still the problem exists. I have to keep my mobile in silent mode or even switch off during day time, since I m getting unwanted fake calls (advertisement calls) every hour. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible . Else guide me where I should surrender my reliance LG mobile handset, b'cos I am very much fed up of this.
