Reliance Life Insurance — regarding claim / refund of PF

dear sir/mam,

my pf a/c no. is MH/48439/17118. and i have joined the co. on 24 oct. 2007 & resigend on 24 sept.2008.
and now i am caling the co. HR is not responding well. some of them has left.
tell me what will i do. and ahow can i withdraw my pf money.
