This is regarding my Policy no:A2068090 Which i had on Date 20/12/2008. Due to unavoidable circumstances i was unable to pay the Premiums of the above Policy.now i am informed that the Policy has lapsed and has no surrrender value. I would like to know that i had Paid one premium of rs.5000/. Inspite of that i am informed by your gomti nagar branch that this above Policy has no surrender value.i would like to know from your goodlesf where has my rs. 5000/ been adjusted by your company.
