Reliance Communication / Mobile Phone Service — Reduction of balances & Activation of value added service without consent

Dear sirs, I am a user of Reliance mobile phone service since last One year but extreamely sorry to write that this company might be not believe in fair trade and always trying to earn money by anyhow, that may be fare or unfair. As I felt during last one year the company made reduction of balances any time without uses the same by costomer as wel as activate different value added services on its own withour having consent of the customer and reduce the balance on account of that. Such things are happenning so often and it is in its practice.
My latest complaint is that : A service "bollywood tweets" have been activated by the company in my phone and deducted an amount of Rs. 30/- on account of that absolutely without my request or consent. Problem is, when I contacted the customer care executive of the company over phone, he said that I have made request for the service, while this is quite wrong and the person deleberately telling lie. The fact is only this that I have never requsted to get activation of such type of service. As I felt this is not the way of fare trade, THIS IS ONLY FRAUD.
NOW, I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU AS WEL AS ALL THE INSTITUTES WHO BELIEVE IN THE LAW OF INDIAN CONSTITUTION THAT : PLEASE TAKE STRONGEST ACTION AGAINST THE RELIANCE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY. IN MY OPINION SUCH COMPANIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK IN INDIA.

Reliance Mobile — reduction of money

my money get deducted without any reason.whenever i make complaint on its customer care department no body provide me any satisfactory ans.most of the time my phone account get nil and it provide me lots of difficulty.i want to know how the schemes gets activated without my permission and how can the charge amount from me for that scheme which i am not asking to activate.
this behaviuor of the company making bad impact on me.this shows the bad working knowledge and poor customer service. i want u to provide me valid reason for my reduction.

Reliance India Mobile — REDUCTION IN AMOUNT WITHOUT USING ANY SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I am a reliance phone consumer. i have two no of reliance ([protected], [protected], ) from my name and i am using both the numbers. i would like to tell u that i have recharged my mobile many times but there is a problem in my connection they have deduct the amount thereself without any charges or without using R-world.

I have talk to customer care executive many times but have no response.

I have use these numbers from 4 years so that i can not change the number.

When i call the customercare execiutive they told me that i had use the facility of R-World and many things. I would like to tell u that i have laptop and 24 hrs free internet service so there is no question o[censored]sing internet on mobile.

So, Please tell me when i will do to solve this problem

I was user of reliance mobile and my no was [protected], i have terminated the No and all services through written request with photo ID proof on 16.07.08 at Andheri (E) reliance communication center and my request no was 72167364and i have already paid my due bill till 20.07.08 within due dates.
Same is communicate through mail to [protected]@relianceada.com on 18.07.08 through my mail ID vikas.[protected]@vedanta.co.in
Now I am converting this postpaid into prepaid but they are showing some amount due in my account. so please do needfull
Sir can we recharge online our reliance cdma mobil by using sbi netbank.
Dear Sir, the same problem of deduction without any activation a lot of people are facing including me also.
I think the company is not interested with the customer for any more service.My suggestion, it is better

RIM — Automatic deduction of amount

I am using RIM prepair mobile phone No.[protected]. I have not given any instruction for sending commercial ad and to deduct Rs 30/- per month. You are requested not to deduct Rs 30/- per month and also requested not to forward commercial ad to my cell. Also kindly use don't disturb in my cell.

Reliance Mobile — Value Added Services Provided without consent

Dear Sir,

I have been a reliance customer close to about 5 years now. I have suffered on many occassions previously but chose to keep silent about it consciously. But now it looks like they have taken me for granted.

I would like to raise an official complaint against them.

My details are:

1 . They change and infact renew my caller tune automatically without my express consent. This being a value added service which is chargeable to me is done without my consent and information. This has happened twice in the past. This is a violation of your Order no. 301-19/2006-Eco dated 23rd May 2006. (I have attached for your perusal). When I called up the customer care I am told that I requested for the change. This is absolutely false. They have no details of my request of any sort, all they tell me is that this request was raised from my end.

2. I had earlier an data card with the number [protected] (it was in my husband's name, Yogesh S Hunnargikar)). I wanted to discontinue the services because of its miserable speed. When I called up the customer care they offered me an option instead of discontinuing the service that i can transfer it to another friend of mine as i was their customer for more than 1 year or so. Then i said ok for this transfer of the connection instead of disconnection. They gave a reference number also. Then when i called them up the next day they told me that they have successfully transfered my post paid connection into pre-paid connection!! This was never requested for. Despite me expressing my dissent all I was told is that I requested for it!! When I told them that they can go back and replay the tapes of my conversation, they declined to do so under the pretext that they had no means of doing that.

I would like to file a case in the consumer court as well.

In Regarding amt. deduction without apply for any facility

My Name is RICHA. My MOM using your no. ([protected]), On 4th Dec. 2009, in evng we saw that amt. is deducted Rs. 10/- this happened many times. we never ever applied for any facilities, this happening for last 1 yr, so please do pay attention towards this matter.

Whenever i call at customer care we have to wait vry long.. they never provide me right information..i think many of coustemers are facing this problem..and if this wil continue more u wil lose ur coustmers as everybody is not rich that he can recharge his call daily..so plz pay attension towards this matter as it is ur responsibility, please refund my amt., and please activate do not distract service in my phone no.

Please take any action for this problems.

1) On 24 th july I got SMS that your Dear customer you are subscribed to caller tunes my 10 rupees are Deducted, Who told reliance to do that ?
2) Then I get another message on 25th july YOUR subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at rs 30, now what is this ?
Did I tell you people to do that why you are fooling customers .
I don’t want to use bad words, otherwise I can create a seen in Reliance OFFice .
Who told reliance to activate any services did i told them ... no i didnt then why they have activated and charged me . It will be better if you will refund my amount .
Even i have given request for DND activation still not done .

Reliance — Regarding reduction of phone balance

Regularly the account balance of my phone is reduced without calling anywhere.later on calling to customer care they simply tell that any special package have been subscribed from my number.But its not the fact.without any new subscription amount is reduced.My number is [protected].Kindly take the action immediately.
