reliance mobile recharge — WRONG RECHARGE BY VENDOR

I approached Reliance Super-Reliance Hypermart Ltd., H.NO.5-87-7, City Center Building, Opp.Union Bank of India, Laxmipuram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh to recharge my reliance mobile. I asked for a recharge to get free talk to reliance to reliance mobile. The vendor collected Rs.200 and made the recharge. It is only 180 rupees my balance increased and I am being charged for reliance to reliance mobile calls. When I asked the reason, the shop keeper told that he does not know anything about the recharging it. After asking repeatedly he gave a receipt for the amount paid.
