[Resolved]  Reliance Money — Poor response on delivering demat account.

Dear Sir,
On Nov 27th 2007 reliance money executive has come to my house to collect the documents releated to demat account and he has also taken a cheque of Rs 500 favouring to reliance money.

But till today i.e. on Feb 13th 2008 nothing has been delivered to me.

Thrice i have enquired to the reliance money office in cunningham road in bangalore,there was very very poor response from them.Even the staff which is working over there still don't know what is the current status.And as per my bank statement the cheque has been already cleared on 27th nov 2007.
Customer care support dept in cunningham road is very poor,and needs special training to handle the customer.
I request the necessary support dept to check the working procedure in cunningham road office in bangalore,in order not to lose the new customer.
This a special request to reliance organisation for there better prospect.
